Are You a T or an F?
Is it just me, or does it seem that at some point in every adult’s life, they’ve taken the Myers Briggs Personality test? After a friend shared recently that she and her partner are exact opposites in every Myers Briggs indicator (a case of opposites attracting), I started wondering how those personality types impact our professional lives. Certainly, there’s no specific profile that guarantees a person will be successful (much depends on the type of business you operate and the way you define success), but it is helpful to understand and accept who you are, and recognize how these indicators of your personality type affect your approach to growing a business.
