Biography Tara Quinn -Finance Specialist
QUINN Consulting, Inc. is a 100% woman-owned business established in 2009 to provide quality financial literacy training, consulting and program development in order to promote personal financial preparation to acquire asset-specific goals such as homeownership and small business development. As President and owner, I bring over 12 years of experience in the non profit sector working with diverse, and often socially disadvantaged, populations. Over the past 6 years, I have studied and worked in economic development, which includes visiting women's co-ops in Mexico and Guatemala, interfacing with international and national microfinance institutions, managing a NeighborWorks® America Homeownership Center and conducting loan consultation and packaging for women-owned businesses.
