Office of Rehabilitation Services/RI Department of Human Services
The Office of Rehabilitation Services (ORS) provides workforce services for employers and individuals with disabilities. ORS is a source of prescreened, qualified applicants for many employment opportunities. Additionally, ORS provides technical expertise on tax incentives, job accommodations, rehabilitation engineering and disability awareness. ORS also offers a 50% wage reimbursement to employers for on-the-job training.
