Ocean State Business Development Authority
The Ocean State Business Development Authority is organized to assist Rhode Island businesses in securing financing that will help them become more competitive in the marketplace. OSBDA issues debentures sold in the private bond market to fund the 504 loan program. The bonds are fully guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
